Deco ball milling planetary mill can grind different materials depend on the grinding jar type. The jar material can be
stainless steel, tungsten carbide, agate, alumina, zirconia, PA, PTFE,etc.
For example, while being used for soil heavy metal analysis in lab, it needs 4 agate tanks.
The tank revolves both round the turnplate axis and on its own
axis in reverse. Samples in tank crash and rub with each other in very high speed motion and eventually achieve the crash, grind, mix & disperse of samples automatically.
It has 3 types of mill methods: dry grinding, wet grinding or vacuum grinding.
Two or four grinding tanks can work together.

Please note: For this DECO mill, you require two or four grinding jars of your choice and the corresponding number of grinding balls. The grinding jar material must also be harder than the material to be ground. In normal cases, grinding jars and balls of the same material are used. To shorten the grinding time, larger or heavier grinding jars and grinding balls with a higher density can be used. However, the standard package of the mill doesn't include the grinding jars or balls. They must be ordered as accessories.
