Polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon or PTFE), commonly named as “Plastic King", is a kind of high molecular compound by the polymerization of ethylene tetrafluoroethylene. It has an excellent features such as chemical stability, corrosion resistance, sealing, high viscosity and lubrication, electric resistance and good anti-aging endurance insulation. DECO PTFE mill jar is designed professionally, and is made from high quality PTFE material by integrated forming process.

Highly non-sticky PTFE jars. These jars are used whenever small quantity of samples needs to be grinded/milled without contamination. Each jar set includes grinding jar, lid, silicon sealing gasket and a mixed sizes of zirconia grinding balls.

Choice of Grinding Jars & Grinding Balls
In order to prevent excessive abrasion, the hardness of the grinding jars used and of the grinding balls must be higher than that of the material used. Normally, grinding jars and grinding balls of the same material should be chosen.
