how to use a ball mill

1,Prepare the sample, screening device, and sampling spoon;

2,Prepare clean ball milling Jars and grinding balls;

3,Put the sample into the ball milling jar (occupying one-third of the total volume of the jar);

4,Put the grinding ball into the ball milling jar(occupying one-third of the total volume of the jar);

5,Cover the lid of the ball mill jar (don't forget the sealing ring);

6,Put the other ball milling jars in sequence(Can grind two jars and need to be placed symmetrically)

7,Running the machine;

8,Stop the equipment, remove the ball milling jar, pour the sample and ball together into the screening equipment to obtain the sample.
