Roll ball mill is a grinder for reducing hard materials to powder. A roll ball mill grinds material by rotating cylinder pots with balls causing the balls to fall back into the pots and onto the material to be ground.
The pots rotate at a relatively slow speed, allowing the balls to cascade through the mill base, thus grinding or dispersing the materials. Roll ball mills are generally used to grind material 7mm and finer, down to the particle size of 15 to75 microns.

Working Principle
While the lab roll ball mill starts working, the axises of machine starts to rotate and makes the jars on it rotating together rapidly. During jars motion, the material & milling balls inside jars ascend to certain height and then drop along the parabola whereabout by gravity. Eventually, materials inside it will be milled into powder by the repeated crushing with the balls & jar wall.
